Bullying can occur as one significant incident or a repeated pattern of acts that involves a real or perceived imbalance of power.

Physically harming a student, damaging a student's property, or making a student fearful that he/she will be harmed or property that belongs to them will be damaged

Being severe, persistent, or pervasive enough that the action or threat creates an intimidating, threatening or abusive educational environment for a student.

Distruption of the educational process and orderly operation of a classroom or school

Infringing on the rights of the victim at school
