6th grade heart screenings
Free heart screenings for all current 6th graders who plan to participate in 7th grade athletics will be held on Tuesday, 1/28/25 during PE class/athletics class.
Please have your child bring a completed consent form with them to school. If your student misses the screening, then they can attend the CHS heart screening later in the spring.
Crosby ISD requires that all athletes participating in 7th grade athletics have a heart screening prior to participation. Please reach out to Ms. McMahon for questions: . Thank you.
